Choosing an effective Mental Health Service Provider is like choosing a life partner - chemistry and trust are an essential combination in a successful relationship. Got questions? We’ve got answers! We go above and beyond to act as a safety net for our clients, and strive to make their experience as pleasant as possible. Take a look at some answers to the most frequently asked questions and requests below.
How long does each therapy session take?
All new clients are scheduled between 40-60 minutes for their initial session. We like to take our time to get to know you. When patients are returning for additional follow-up, we like to schedule for at least 20 minutes; however, if you need less or more time, we try to be as flexible as possible to assist in satisfying your needs.
How are you adapting to the COVID concerns?
Currently we are seeing the majority of our clients via TELEHEALTH services. This enforces the safety of the client as well as the staff. Our office will send you a link prior to your appointment time, so that you can log in for a private session in the convenience of your own home, while on a break from work, or wherever you feel comfortable completing your individual session
How do you accept payment for your services?
We accept both cash and insurance payments. Please call our office to determine what works best for you.
